Allawah Guests do require their own vehicle or a hire car during their stay.

As your hosts we're happy to assist you whether it be planning your Tableland getaway, booking a tour or sharing our local knowledge but during your stay you will be offered complete privacy and any contact with you will be by written messages delivered with your meals, notes left on your personal noticeboard outside your lodge, or by text.

Allawah Retreat Terms & Conditions

  • For bookings of 3 nights or less we require a deposit to the value of the first nights accommodation.
  • For bookings in excess of 3 nights a deposit of 40% of the total cost of accommodation is required.
  • Deposits can be made by adding your credit card details in our secure booking page or by direct deposit into our bank account (email us for details)
  • Deposits will be refunded (less the cancellation fee) for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the booking date. For long weekends and for Christmas & Easter bookings, 30 days notice required.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days (21 days for long weekends, Christmas & Easter) prior to booking date will forfeit the deposit unless the accommodation is relet for the whole booked period.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to booking date will be responsible for 100% of the booking unless the accommodation can be relet for the whole booked period.
  • The above also applies to transfers of booking dates.
  • It is suggested that guests seek travel insurance particularly for longer stays.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
  • Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their accommodation.
  • Gift vouchers are non refundable and subject to the cancellation policy.
  • Rates quoted are for 2 adults, additional guests cannot be accommodated unless by prior arrangement: Maximum of 4 persons, with each extra person an extra $30 per person per night (Infants and Children up to 5 years free).
  • Pets may be accommodated on prior application - a refundable cleaning fee of $50 may apply.
  • Cleaning policy — guests are asked to leave the lodge in a clean & tidy condition (dishes in dishwasher etc). Guests will be charged for any cleaning required additional to the normal cleaning at $35 per hour. This also applies to linen and robes etc if they are left permanently soiled.
  • Late checkouts — Unless by prior arrangement, guests are asked to checkout of the lodge by 10:30am. Guests who exceed this time and cause delays to the cleaning of lodges will be charged a late checkout fee at the rate of $35 per hour.
  • All credit card transactions will incur a 1% fee
